  • Garland orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of order placement.

    • Once materials are ordered, we cannot cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience.

    • You can cancel your event booking within 48 hours of scheduling with us. If you need to cancel after that, please contact us. Once materials are ordered, we cannot cancel your event booking. We apologize for any inconvenience.

  • Generally yes. We do our best to bring your vision to life exactly how it is in your head!

    However, we will occasionally have to make substitutions based on availability or season. We will substitute flowers of the same color and value as the original requested flower. This means you are still getting the look you paid for.

    We do not accept design revisions after materials have been ordered.

  • They are, but they are so worth it! Flowers are extremely delicate and require special tools, expertise, and an eye for design to get the perfect look. The market price also fluctuates due to crop failures. We do our best to make flowers affordable because we love flowers and want everyone to have them. When you buy florals from an experienced studio, you are paying for the:

    • Materials (Flowers)

    • Labor (time to assemble, transport, install)

    • Expertise (knowledge, experience, eye for design)

    In an effort to make florals accessible to everyone, we offer DIY tool kits in the shop if you want to create your own floral arrangements.

    • The kits contain the tools you will need to create your own bouquets, vase arrangements, or garland. YouTube is a great resource too if you are trying to DIY. The kits do not come with flowers. Happy arranging!

    • Contact us at any time and we will send you a list of beginner tips.

    • We cannot be held liable for the outcome of your DIY arrangements.

    • Garland is ordered by the linear foot in either a 6" or 12" wide size.

    • Our garland can be ordered for local delivery. We do not offer pickup or ship garland at this time.

    • Schedule your garland to be delivered 1 - 2 hours before the start of your event. Flowers should be one of the LAST things you set up to ensure freshness.

    • You can order custom garland if the shop options do not meet your needs. Contact us for pricing.

  • We try to source as many florals locally as possible to support Pittsburgh's local economy. This gets us the freshest stems at the lowest cost. However, due to seasonal availability we sometimes need to source flowers from other parts of the country (or world!).
